When do you take pictures?
We have a photographer present from 5pm on Thursday and Friday and from 3pm on Saturday and Sunday.
How long do you store pictures for?
We store pictures for 3 months, whereafter they are deleted. So if you want to order your picture, you will have to do it within 3 months of your visit.

I can't find my picture, where is it?
We only upload pictures of high quality, so even if you think that your picture was taken during your visit to ICEBAR LONDON, it may not have been uploaded to the photo website.

I don't want my picture displayed, how can I remove it?

How long does it take to get the picture after I order it?
We endeavour to send all purchases as soon as possible, but please allow up to 10 days for delivery. Feel free to contact us on 020 7478 8910 with any queries.
